Exceptions are made only if the wrong item was shipped or if a product arrives damaged, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We provide free shipping throughout the United States and may expand to international destinations like Canada. Because many of our luxury décor and floral pieces are handmade, typical processing takes 3–10 business days before being transferred to a carrier.
