All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our luxury design products, we do not offer general refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions: A refund or exchange may be granted only if:
The wrong item was shipped to you.
The product arrives damaged.
Reporting Requirements: To be eligible for an exception, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: You must provide photographs of both the damaged product and the original packaging when contacting us.
