Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer general refunds or exchanges. Exceptions are made only if the wrong item was shipped or if a product arrives damaged, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, customers must submit photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging to info@jaisdesignstudio.com.

We provide free shipping throughout the United States and may expand to international destinations like Canada. Because many of our luxury décor and floral pieces are handmade, typical processing takes 3–10 business days before being transferred to a carrier. While we strive for timely delivery, Jai’s Design Studio is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen.
